Nicolas Arroum

Nicolas Arroum is an experienced Human Resources leader with a robust background in managing HR functions across diverse industries and regions. Currently serving as the Global Human Resources Business Partner for Siemens Energy, Nicolas oversees HR operations for Gas Services across Europe, Africa, North America, and Latin America. Previously, Nicolas held the position of Chief People Officer at Lyreco Group, leading a global HR team of 120 members across 26 countries. Nicolas also served as Human Resources Director for CWT, 118218, and INC Research, managing HR strategies for operations spanning multiple countries and thousands of employees in sectors including business travel, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals. Early career experiences include roles at Valeo and GE Healthcare, with a strong educational foundation from the Faculté de Sciences Humaines et Sociales - Sorbonne, holding a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
