Kylie Lindebner

Kylie Lindebner is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR strategy, and leadership development. Currently serving as Sr. Director, Human Resources at Siemens Healthineers since April 2018, Kylie has held various roles within the company, including Global HR Business Partner for Lab Diagnostics SCM and Global TA Project Lead. Prior to this, Kylie was Head of CF A Talent Acquisition at Siemens and worked in HR strategy and talent acquisition at Siemens Healthineers. Kylie's career began with participation in leadership development programs at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company, leading to a solid foundation in HR functions. Kylie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Penn State University.
