Jean-Marc Chesnay

Jean-Marc Chesnay has extensive experience in finance and project management, currently serving as Director of Finance and Responsable Financier for the Business Unit VAL at Siemens since November 2006. In this role, Jean-Marc oversees financial responsibilities for key projects in automated metro systems and urban transport. Previous positions include managing financial control for rail automation projects and serving as a financial controller for the southern-west region of Europe, where responsibilities encompassed budgeting, financial processes, and project oversight. Notably, Jean-Marc has a strong background in commercial project management, with successful leadership in international projects across multiple countries, including Brazil and Spain. Prior experience includes roles at Thales Air Systems, focusing on managing financial aspects of airport control center projects and export contract risks. Jean-Marc holds a Master II in Corporate Finance from Université de Rennes I.
