Riban Adhikary

Riban Adhikary is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and business development across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain Management at Siemens since February 2017, Riban oversees operational procurement, demand planning, and warehousing for two plants, while also managing cash flow and inventory. Previous roles include Business Development Manager for Exports at Siemens and Head of Sourcing and Quality Team in Thane, focusing on localization projects. Prior to Siemens, Riban held leadership positions at Schneider Electric and AREVA T&D, gaining expertise in bid management, supply chain planning, and vendor management. Riban holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Haldia Institute of Technology and completed high school with a focus on science at Raniganj High School.
