Parul Sharma

Parul Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Parul started their career as a Computer Programmer/Program Support at Alabama Dept of CSC/Home Health from 1998 to 2002. Parul then worked as a Project Coordinator at Bristol Myers Squibb from 2004 to 2005. Parul then joined Old National Bank as a Senior Application Developer/Analyst, where they led the development of an online loan web application and implemented security features, earning a promotion to an officer in the process. After that, they worked at Provenir Inc. as a Platform Consultant/Lead, designing and implementing a small business loan origination system for a leading bank. Parul received top ratings and positive feedback for their work. Parul then joined Possible Worldwide (A WPP Company) as a System Analyst, where they constructed and implemented digital strategies and solutions for various digital channels and won the Mobile Agency of the Year Award. Parul then worked at Sportvision as a Digital Production Manager, leading the development of Motorsport's first live racing mobile application, which generated significant revenue shortly after launch. Parul then joined Fit3D as a Product Manager for a brief period. Parul'smost recent role has been at Sierra Club, where they held multiple positions, including Associate Product Director - Digital Innovation and Product Manager - Digital Innovation. Parul oversaw the development of Sierra Club's advocacy platform and led the development of a custom-built content management system. Parul also launched an exploration lab and co-led a high-priority employee engagement platform.
