Karen Lucht

Karen Lucht is an experienced professional currently serving as the Deputy Program Manager and Business Manager for the TEST3 Contract at NASA White Sands Test Facility, a position held since December 2021. Prior to this role, Karen held various positions in both the non-profit and aerospace sectors, including Regional Development Officer at Make-A-Wish® South Carolina and Promotions/Special Events Coordinator at Magnolia Plantation & Gardens. Karen’s tenure at NASA includes significant leadership roles, such as Manager of Program Control & Integration for the Commercial Crew Program and Manager of the Space Shuttle Program Sustainment & Transition Office. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ashland University, specializing in Business, Management, and Marketing.
