Jim Inguagiato is an experienced professional with a robust background in program integration, budget management, and financial oversight in both the aerospace and military sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Program Integration for Sierra Space, Jim manages the DC100 Uncrewed Dream Chaser Transportation Program and oversees financial aspects related to schedules, budgets, and various support functions. Prior roles at Sierra Nevada Corporation included Senior Program Manager, focusing on the Dream Chaser spacecraft development budget. Jim's military experience encompasses various leadership positions within the US Army and United States Special Operations Command, highlighting skills in budget management and strategic financial planning. Jim holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, along with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington.
