Tara MacLean

As Director of Human Resources, Tara MacLean knows first-hand the potential for advancement at Siffrin. She was hired in the Siffrin HR department in 2010 as Payroll Coordinator. She was promoted to Manager in 2013, then to Director of Human Resources in 2014. As Director of Human Resources, Tara oversees payroll, recruitment and retention, policy and procedure development, and much more.

Tara holds an Associate’s Degree from Stark State College. In the years since her hire, she has graduated from the Leadership Stark County Spotlight Program for Young Professionals. She has been a member of the Stark County Human Resources Association since 2013. Tara works to improve herself consistently in order to better serve the company and its employees.
