About the Role
As a Solutions Engineer at SightCall, you will play a crucial role in leading technical pre-sales engagements with our top-tier Fortune 1000 / Global 2000 enterprise clients. Key members of the field sales team, SEs wear a variety of ‘hats’, from high level product demonstrations to explaining multi-modal AI concepts, to integrations and business process design. This strategic role offers significant opportunities to enable customer and sales success via the VISION platform and to have a direct impact on SightCall’s product roadmap.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years in customer-facing technical roles such as sales/solutions engineering or customer success, focusing on enterprise clients.
Strong experience in SaaS solutions, with experience of contact centre or CRM SaaS solutions preferred. Experience in at least two of the following is preferred, but not essential:
CRM & Call Center Integrations - Salesforce, Genesys, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceMax, Zendesk, ServiceNow
Proven ability in value or solution selling within a consultative sales environment.
Exceptional customer-facing skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations.
