Kaitlyn Griswold

Kaitlyn Griswold has a diverse work experience. Kaitlyn began their career as a Professional Football (Soccer) Player for FC Rouen in 2015 and ZNK Dinamo Zagreb in 2014. In 2014, they also began their studies at the School of Engineering and Technology, IUPUI, where they completed an Independent Study as a Student Researcher in Biomechanics and a Senior Project as a Project Designer. In 2013, they were a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Welded Tubes, Inc., where they developed formulas using Six Sigma format to accurately schedule and give quotes to better meet customer needs, calculated the flow rate of coolant through the company's pump system, and designed a new pump system to better meet the needs of the expanding company using Creo 2.0. From 2016 to 2022, they worked at Arthrex as a Product Development Engineer II - Arthroplasty, Associate Product Development Engineer - Arthroplasty, and Engineer Associate - Packaging Process. Kaitlyn is currently employed as a Technical Project Manager at SightGlass Vision, Inc.

Kaitlyn Griswold has a diverse educational background. Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry from Butler University in 2014, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana University\u2013Purdue University Indianapolis in 2014. In 2017, they earned a Graduate Certificate in Business Management IUBLA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. Kaitlyn then went on to earn a Master of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Engineering Management & Leadership from Purdue University - The Graduate School in 2020. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, such as a Personal Leadership Program from Arthrex in 2021, Applications of GD&T and Tolerance Stack-ups from Tec-Ease, Inc. in 2019, SolidWorks Advanced and SolidWorks Essentials from Dassault Syst\u00e8mes in 2018, and a variety of certifications from Arthrex, Greater Naples Chamber, Andrews Consulting Services, and Pryor Learning | Fred Pryor Seminars | CareerTrack between 2016 and 2017.
