Mike Thompson

Mike Thompson has a diverse range of work experience in the technology industry. Mike is currently working as the Director of Operations at SightPlan, a position they started in June 2021. Previously, Mike held positions at Aspect Software from 2013 to 2021, where they served as the Senior Manager of Cloud Operations from July 2018 to June 2021, the Manager of Cloud Operations from March 2016 to June 2018, and the Technical Response and Readiness Coach from September 2013 to May 2016. Prior to Aspect Software, Mike worked at Voxeo Corporation from 2006 to 2013, where they held various roles including Solutions Architect, Technical Account Lead, Solutions Engineer, and Technical Account Manager. During their time at Voxeo Corporation, Mike demonstrated expertise in technical problem-solving, customer relations, and project management.

Mike Thompson earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Central Florida. Mike attended the university from 2001 to 2006.
