Oliver Castilleja

Oliver Castilleja has an extensive work experience in various companies in the Life Sciences industry. Oliver started their career at Life Technologies in 2006 as a Sr Manager of Operations and worked there until 2009. Oliver then joined EMD-Millipore in 2010 as a Sr Manager of Operations before transitioning to the role of Operational Excellence Manager from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, Oliver joined MilliporeSigma as a Principal Project Manager, where they planned, prioritized, and oversaw large-scale multi-million dollar projects. Oliver then took on the role of Program Manager/Engineering Principal Project Manager in 2016, continuing to manage strategic projects across different company clusters. Throughout their career, Oliver demonstrated strong leadership skills, ability to understand customer requirements, and effectively manage resources and budgets.

Oliver Castilleja attended UC Santa Barbara from 1987 to 1992, completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacology.
