Niall O'Beirn's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as a Project Engineer at Horizon for five months. During this time, they were involved in various projects, such as writing detailed URSs for equipment, automating a pharmaceutical process, and solving issues with a diafiltration process. Niall then joined Hovione in 2013 as a Graduate Engineer until 2015. In 2009, they started studying Chemical and Biopharmaceutical Engineering at Cork Institute of Technology, where they received training in various areas related to the industry. Finally, Niall joined Sign In Enterprise (formerly Traction Guest) in 2018. Niall held positions such as Customer Support Team Lead, Senior Customer Success Advocate, and CSA.

Niall O'Beirn completed their education at Munster Technological University from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Chemical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Niall also obtained a certification as a Traction Guest Certified Administrator from Traction Guest in July 2021.
