David Naro

David Naro, PMP has extensive work experience in project management and operational roles. David is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Signal Energy since August 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President at Primoris Services Corporation from March 2022 to August 2023. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Performance Management at Primoris Services Corporation from October 2019 to March 2022. David also served as the Director of Program Management at Dycom Industries, Inc from February 2017 to October 2019. David held the position of Director PMO and Operational Technology at InfraSource, A Quanta Services Company from February 2011 to February 2017. David's work experience also includes managerial roles at Michels Corporation from June 2001 to February 2011 and as a Project Manager at Puget Sound Energy from March 1994 to June 2001.

David Naro, PMP has a background in project management and engineering. David attended the University of Washington from 1998 to 1999, where they studied project management. Prior to that, they attended Bellevue College from 1994 to 1996, focusing on engineering. David also holds certifications, including the Quanta Professional Project Manager certification from Quanta Services, Inc. obtained in 2015 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute obtained in 2014. Additionally, they have an OSHA 20 HR Safety Leadership certification.
