Jessica Carroll

Jessica Carroll is VP of People at Signal Sciences. Jessica has been with the company since April 2019 and was a key member of the acquisition team that was acquired by Fastly, Inc. in October 2020.

During their time at Signal Sciences, Jessica has been a strategic and tactical People Business Partner to drive leadership effectiveness, ensure executive alignment, and drive people strategies in support of business goals. Jessica has provided strategic coaching and thought leadership to the CEO, been a key member of the acquisition team, and developed and implemented HR strategies that align with business priorities and goals.

In their role as VP of People, Jessica has saved the company $1M in agency fees in one year by building a Talent Acquisition function. Jessica has also developed and executed a company-wide performance management program that identifies high and low performers and supports continuous, transparent feedback.

Jessica has been instrumental in leading the company's strategy and response to the 2020 pandemic. Jessica has coached and consulted on organizational design and leadership issues, as well as challenging and/or influencing decision-making processes to ensure mitigation of risk. Jessica's experience and expertise have been invaluable to Signal Sciences during this time of transition and growth.
