Erin Parashkevov

Erin Parashkevov has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Erin is currently the Vice President of Total Rewards & HCM Systems at Signant Health since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Jenny Craig from 2019 to 2022. In that role, they led the HR function, developed talent strategies, and reported directly to the CEO. Earlier in their career, Erin held various roles at Nestle USA, including Manager of HR Analytics and an international special assignment as the Business Excellence Program Manager. Erin also worked at Aramark Uniform Services as a Process Improvement Manager and Analyst, where they managed company-wide initiatives and supported process improvement initiatives. Erin has demonstrated a strong focus on talent development, data-driven decision making, and process improvement throughout their career.

Erin Parashkevov holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University. Erin also has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Southern California. In addition, Erin has obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in September 2022.
