Regina Mark

Regina Mark, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Regina is currently working as a Human Resources Director at Signet Health since 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Town & Country Animal Hospital and Columbia Pike Animal Hospital and Emergency Center from 2022 to 2023. In these roles, they managed all aspects of human resource functions and played a key role in the executive leadership team. Earlier in their career, Regina worked as a Senior Strategic HR Business Partner at Unity Health Care from 2020 to 2023. Regina has also held positions such as a Human Resources Manager at Breakthru Beverage Group from 2014 to 2020, a Human Resources Generalist at Six3 Systems from 2012 to 2014, and a Human Resources Generalist at Sotera Defense Solutions, Inc. from 2010 to 2012. Throughout their career, Regina has demonstrated expertise in payroll, benefits administration, compliance, recruitment, employee relations, and policy development.

Regina Mark, SHRM-CP, completed their education at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 2004 to 2008. Regina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. In addition to their degree, Regina has also acquired several certifications. Regina earned a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in July 2015. Regina is also a licensed Notary in Maryland and Washington, D.C., obtained through the National Notary Association.
