Kaanji Irby

Kaanji Irby, Esq. is a highly experienced professional who has held various roles in both the legal and corporate sectors. Kaanji currently serves as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Signet Jewelers, while also being the Executive Director and Co-founder of EMBRACE Action, a non-profit organization focused on promoting racial equity through community engagement and education. Prior to their current roles, Kaanji has held positions such as Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Social Impact at Next Insurance, Senior Litigation Counsel at Beal Bank/ CLMG Corp., and Associate at law firms such as DLA Piper and Weil Gotshal and Manges. Irby's background includes a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law and a B.S. in International Relations and Affairs from Georgetown University.
