Michelle Marcano

Michelle Marcano is the Interim Head of People at SignHealth since September 2023. Previously, Michelle held the same position at ShareAction from August 2022 to August 2023. Michelle also has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as the Head of Human Resources at TradeWinds Group and United Reformed Church, among other roles. Michelle has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management with German Language from De Montfort University. Michelle's expertise lies in delivering comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, providing guidance on a range of HR activities, and managing HR teams effectively.
