Frank van Zon

Frank van Zon is an experienced R&D Manager at Signify since May 2018, leading a team of over 50 engineers and designers in Hungary and Poland to develop innovative indoor lighting products for the European market. Previously, Frank served as I2M Project Office Manager for Europe and Americas, overseeing a team of 12 project managers within LED Electronics. Prior to joining Signify, Frank worked at Philips Lighting for nearly a decade, holding various roles, including I2M Project Office Manager Europe and R&D Architect, where responsibilities included program execution of LED modules and growing the LED business in North America. Frank's career began at Yacht Technology as an interim professional, and educational credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physics from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven and a degree from Eindhoven University of Technology.
