Kiran Brar

Kiran Brar is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Signify since April 2018, Kiran previously held significant roles at Philips Lighting, including Chief Learning Officer and Head of HR for South Asia, from April 2013 to March 2018. Kiran's expertise in talent management and development was further established during a tenure as Vice President of Human Resources at Bharti Airtel Limited, as well as at GENPACT LLC, where the role also included Vice President of Human Resources. Kiran began the professional journey at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts as Senior Manager of Human Resources, focusing on various HR functions. Academically, Kiran holds a Post Graduate Degree in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Commerce from Lady Shri Ram College For Women.
