Aleksey S. has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. From 2006 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Technical Support Analyst for Scotiabank, where they were responsible for maintenance and support of the bank's infrastructure, application systems, PC hardware/software, and managed personnel and electronic resources. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Technical Support Consultant for FZ Business Group, where they provided support and prompt problem resolution to customers, accurately documented all technical support and customer's help-desk interaction, and built and maintained successful relationships with service integrators and 3rd party providers. Most recently, they have worked as the Head of Corporate IT for Signpost since 2018.

Aleksey S. attended Stony Brook University from 1996 to 2000, where they studied Information Technology. In 2003, they obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft. In 2004, they obtained a RLX Certified Systems Engineer certification from RLX Technologies and a Network Appliance Certified Storage Professional certification from NetApp in March of the same year.
