Colleen Callahan is the Founder of Callahan Consulting, Resumes & Coaching, where Colleen helps clients and client organizations achieve their goals. Prior to this role, Colleen held positions such as VP Customer Success at Signpost, VP Client Experience at Choozle, and Director Customer Success at Upland Kapost. Colleen has a background in customer success, account management, and sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth. Colleen holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Advertising from The University of New Mexico.
