Dallas Wyrick has held various roles in the customer service and hospitality industries since 2015. In 2019, they began working as a Customer Success Specialist for Qualia. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Signpost as a Customer Support Representative and Sales Representative. During this time, they worked with a team to achieve high customer satisfaction during high volume of incoming requests, practiced time management to prioritize and execute tasks between phone, email, and chat inquiries, and communicated and listened to merchants to assess their problems and gain trust. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at The Club at Old Hawthorne as a Bartender and Waitress and Internship. During this time, they communicated with members to provide a fine dining experience, collaborated with management to organize large and small events, and aided in helping with the company's social media to engage wide and specific audiences. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar as a Waitress. During this time, they adapted to a fast-paced environment while gaining and retaining detailed knowledge of company products to ensure customer satisfaction and trained new employees to enable them to perform high quality work.

Dallas Wyrick attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Communication with an emphasis of Interpersonal Communication. Prior to this, they attended Jefferson City High School from 2010 to 2014.
