Daniela Garcia

Daniela Garcia has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Daniela began their career as an HR & Concierge Trainee at Novotel Hotels. Daniela then worked as a Human Resources Project Coordinator at Grupo Brisas and later as an Event Project Manager at Grupo LBN.

In 2018, Daniela joined DiDi as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for candidate experience operations and managing the Global Leadership Development Program Project. Daniela also played a key role in campus recruiting events and setting up hiring processes.
