What you’ll do:

In an individual contributor role as a Lead Growth Marketing (x/f/m) at Doctolib Siilo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare in the Dutch and Belgium market. Your expertise in growth marketing, combined with your native Dutch language skills will drive our expansion and solidify our position as a leader in healthtech solutions. You will join a dynamic team committed to breaking down healthcare silos and improving the lives of millions and will closely collaborate with the sales, marketing & product teams

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute innovative growth strategies to increase market share & engagement in the Dutch & Belgium market
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen our brand positioning in the market, ensuring our brand message resonates with target audiences and differentiates us from competitors.
  • Conduct research to understand the evolving needs of healthcare professionals and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Foster partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry to enhance our network and influence.
  • Monitor and Report performance to track and optimise results

  • You have proven experience of more than 7-10 years in growth marketing, preferably within the healthcare & healthtech sectors.
  • You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies.
  • You are a creative thinker with a track record of launching successful marketing campaigns.
  • You are passionate about healthcare innovation and motivated by the opportunity to make a significant social impact.
  • You are at ease in a fast paced environment
  • Speak Dutch on a native level and have excellent communication skills in English.
