Laikin Steyaert

Laikin Steyaert's work experience began in 2013 at Erie Beach Hotel, where they worked as a Front Desk employee until September 2014. Laikin then moved on to Brock University, where they worked as a Student Assistant from September 2014 to April 2015. During that time, they also served as a Social Media Ambassador at Goodman School of Business - Brock University from September 2014 to May 2015.

In 2015, Laikin joined IMT Group as an Engineering Student, where they provided business assistance to various departments and received SolidWorks training in August 2015. Laikin also took on the role of Project Coordinator for product development until April 2017.

Laikin then joined Dexter Axle Company in April 2017 as a System Integrator until February 2018. Laikin later transitioned to the role of Project Coordinator from February 2018 until May 2022.

In 2022, Laikin moved on to work at LBMX as an Implementation Project Manager from May 2022 to December 2022. Currently, they are employed as an IT Project Manager at Silfab Solar Inc. since December 2022.

Laikin Steyaert's education history begins in 2013 when they enrolled at the Goodman School of Business at Brock University. Laikin pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Laikin completed their undergraduate education in 2017.

In 2018, Laikin obtained additional certifications to enhance their professional qualifications. Laikin became an Internal Auditor through BSI and obtained the certification of Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® from the Project Management Institute.

Moving forward, in 2020, Laikin began their postgraduate studies at the University of Fredericton. Laikin pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Innovation Leadership. Laikin is expected to complete their MBA program in 2023.
