Mohamed Abed's work experience begins in 2003 at Hamilton Kent, where they started as a Machine Operator and eventually became a Production Supervisor. At Hamilton Kent, they supervised two departments and 40 employees, focusing on safety and teamwork. In 2009, they moved to D'angelo Brands as a Production Supervisor, implementing lean manufacturing practices and achieving a production record of over 10K cases in under 12 hours. In 2015, they joined Silfab Solar Inc. as a Production Supervisor, receiving commendation from the CEO for exceptional production results. Mohamed later became the Plant Manager at D'angelo Brands in 2017, managing plant operations, improving productivity, and initiating programs such as the Co-op and Apprenticeship program and the Health and Safety Committee. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Silfab Solar Inc. as the Assistant Operations Manager.

Mohamed Abed has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, which they obtained from Zagazig University from 1995 to 1999.
