Mohamed Abed

Mohamed Abed's work experience begins in 2003 at Hamilton Kent, where they started as a Machine Operator and eventually became a Production Supervisor. At Hamilton Kent, they supervised two departments and 40 employees, focusing on safety and teamwork. In 2009, they moved to D'angelo Brands as a Production Supervisor, implementing lean manufacturing practices and achieving a production record of over 10K cases in under 12 hours. In 2015, they joined Silfab Solar Inc. as a Production Supervisor, receiving commendation from the CEO for exceptional production results. Mohamed later became the Plant Manager at D'angelo Brands in 2017, managing plant operations, improving productivity, and initiating programs such as the Co-op and Apprenticeship program and the Health and Safety Committee. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Silfab Solar Inc. as the Assistant Operations Manager.

Mohamed Abed has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, which they obtained from Zagazig University from 1995 to 1999. Mohamed then pursued further education and completed an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations at the Australian Institute of Business from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Mohamed has also obtained various certifications. These include "The 7 Secrets of Responsive Leadership (getAbstract Summary)" from LinkedIn in November 2021, "Maintenance and Reliability Best Practice Exam Workshop" from WILLIAM KEETER in September 2020, "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB)" from Six Sigma Consultants, Inc in September 2017, and "How To Excel In Managing People" from SkillPath in June 2015.
