Siddharth Ramchandran

Siddharth Ramchandran has extensive work experience in various research and development roles. Siddharth is currently working as an AI Scientist at Silo AI since January 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Doctoral Candidate at Aalto University School of Science and Technology from October 2019 onwards. Siddharth also worked as a Research Assistant under Professor Harri Lähdesmäki at the same institution from October 2016 to September 2019. Additionally, Siddharth was a Teaching Assistant for the Deep Learning course at Aalto University, where they contributed to curriculum planning and created relevant exercises. Siddharth began their career as a Research and Development Intern at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where they contributed to the development of an e-commerce platform for rural India called Lokacart. Siddharth also served as a Summer Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, working under Professor Balaraman Ravindran. Siddharth started their professional journey as a Summer Intern at HFN, Inc. in 2014. Siddharth Ramchandran's expertise lies in the fields of AI, machine learning, deep learning, and e-commerce platform development.

Siddharth Ramchandran pursued their education in various institutions and fields of study. Siddharth completed their Senior School education at the National Public School in Koramangala, Bangalore from 2004 to 2012. Following this, they enrolled at the Vellore Institute of Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology, completing their studies from 2012 to 2016.

Siddharth then went on to attend Aalto University, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence from 2016 to 2018. Continuing their education at Aalto University, Siddharth is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Machine Learning and Statistical Medicine, which is expected to be completed between 2019 and 2023.
