Dana Szlak possesses extensive experience in customer support and diplomatic roles, currently serving as Director of Customer Support at Silo since December 2020, following previous positions including Manager of Customer Support Services and Customer Success Manager. Prior professional experience includes a three-year tenure at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Costa Rica as Counselor and Consul, as well as an advisory role at the Costa Rican Mission to the United Nations. Dana also contributed to non-profit organizations, such as ASIDOWN as Coordinator and Speaker, and held communications management at Centro Israelita Sionista de Costa Rica. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and culinary training from CTS, Culinary Training School Costa Rica.
