Kristy Kyi

Kristy Kyi is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and workplace relations. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Silverchain Group since August 2024, Kristy previously held various positions within Capricorn Society Ltd from January 2021 to August 2024, including Group Corporate Counsel, Senior Corporate Counsel, and Corporate Counsel. Prior to that, Kristy was at The University of Notre Dame Australia from January 2011 to January 2021, where roles included Senior Legal Counsel and University Lawyer. Kristy also owned and operated the event styling and planning business Flights of Fancy from February 2011 to December 2020. Earlier career experience includes working as an Associate and Solicitor at Jackson McDonald and a Lawyer at the Australian Building and Construction Commission, as well as roles at HJ Watson and Associates and Sicard Crisp and Bannerman. Kristy holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from The University of Notre Dame Australia, earned between 1999 and 2003.
