Erika Oates is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the field of law. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Travelers since June 2019, Oates has held various significant positions including Senior Associate Attorney at The Bader Law Firm and Drew Eckl & Farnham, as well as Trial Attorney at AIG. Oates began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Hollowell, Foster & Gepp, P.C., and subsequently worked at Goodman McGuffey LLP and W. Calvin Smith, II, P.C. Erika Oates earned a Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tuskegee University.
