Kevin Lee

Kevin Lee, MBA, CCLP, CPIM, CSM, P. Log has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. Kevin is currently serving as the Senior Director of Supply Chain at Silver Hills since October 2023. In 2017, Kevin joined the Yo Bro Yo Girl Youth Initiative as a Director and Board Member, focusing on scaling the organization to reach more at-risk youth. From June 2022 to July 2023, they held the position of Vice President of Planning at WellMore Holdings. Prior to that, Kevin was the Vice President of Operations at Vega from May 2021 to July 2023. From March 2017 to May 2021, they worked at the Molson Coors Beverage Company where they served as the National Head of Logistics and Supply Chain. Kevin also held the position of Head of Operations at Six Pints Collective from March 2017 to May 2021. Before that, they worked as the Distribution Manager - Western Canada at Granville Island Brewing from May 2016 to May 2021. Kevin's earlier experience includes roles such as General Manager at Consolidated Fastfrate from August 2015 to April 2016, and various positions at Clark Freightways from June 2006 to August 2015, including Branch Manager, Quality Control and Safety Manager, and IT Operations Coordinator. Kevin also worked at the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Vancouver, where they served as a Special Projects Manager from an unspecified date to 2015 and achieved significant cost savings through process improvements.

Kevin Lee has a diverse education history. Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Operations Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2010. Kevin also has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Cell Biology and Anatomy from The University of British Columbia, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Kevin completed their high school education at Vancouver College and received their High School Diploma. Additionally, Kevin has obtained several certifications, including Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, CCLP from CITT, CPIM from APICS Supply Chain Council, and P. Log (Leadership) from The Logistics Institute.
