Christine Yom

Christine Yom serves as the Director of CLO Compliance at Silver Point Capital, L.P., since January 2022. Previously, Christine held the position of Structured Finance Head at Black Diamond from December 2010 to February 2024, overseeing 17 structured vehicles with over $8 billion in assets under management. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Structured Finance at Patriarch Partners, Head of Structured Products at Primus, and Director of CDOs at AIRLIE GROUP. Earlier career positions include CDO Business Manager at Wellington Management and Credit Analyst at Goldman Sachs, contributing to extensive expertise in structured finance, risk management, compliance, and investor relations. Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Smith College.
