David Kelm

David Kelm is a dedicated Policy Analyst and Fellow at Silverado Policy Accelerator, focusing on policy research in trade, technology, and the environment since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program at the University of Denver's Josef Korbel School of International Studies from September 2022 to February 2024, and various roles related to sustainability and outdoor education at Sawbill Canoe Outfitters and Concordia College between 2019 and 2023. David Kelm holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and English Writing from Concordia College.
