Maya Gillett

Maya Gillett is an experienced Policy Analyst at The Nature Conservancy since April 2025, with a strong background in policy management and community organizing. Prior to this role, Maya served as WA State Policy Manager and WA Coalition Organizer at BlueGreen Alliance from March 2022 to April 2025. In various campaign roles, notable experiences include Operations & Fundraising Associate for Lorena González for Mayor and Campaign Co-Manager for Dave Paul for State Representative, where Maya significantly contributed to fundraising and voter outreach efforts. Additional experience includes serving as a Session Legislative Aide in the Washington State Senate, where Maya enhanced constituent communications and supported key legislative initiatives. Maya's career began with roles focused on youth engagement and community advocacy, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Oberlin College.
