Rebecca McDonald

Rebecca McDonald's work experience includes roles in various companies and industries. Rebecca currently works at Silverbean as the People and Development Associate Director, where they have been since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People and Development N21 at Silverbean from October 2020 to March 2022. Before joining Silverbean, Rebecca worked as an HR Manager at FPP from August 2018 to October 2020. Rebecca also worked as an HR Business Partner at Sage from September 2013 to July 2018 and at Convergys from May 2010 to January 2013. Rebecca's previous experience also includes roles at Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions, Northern Rock, and ManpowerGroup.

Rebecca McDonald attended Northumbria University from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Human Resource Management and obtained a degree in that field.
