Matt Abraham

Matthew Abraham is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and product management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Silverchair since June 2019. Matthew's career at Silverchair includes progressing through several key roles, such as Program Director, Senior Product Owner, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Associate Business Analyst. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Graduate Assistant at Old Dominion University from August 2018 to May 2019, where responsibilities included organizing events, assisting with data collection for collegiate rankings, and developing outreach materials. Educationally, Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Modeling and Simulation from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Law and Global Policy from James Madison University.
