Kelly Douglas

Kelly Douglas has over a decade of experience in various roles related to talent acquisition, account management, and sales/marketing. Kelly recently served as a Recruiting Director for Trace Systems Inc. and a Talent Acquisition Manager for General Dynamics Information Technology. Before that, they worked as a Technical Recruiter for Global CI and an Account Manager/Technical Recruiter for Aerotek. Douglas has also held positions in sales/marketing at Systematic and account representative roles at the American Red Cross. Starting in 2022, they will be joining SilverEdge Government Solutions as their Vice President of Talent Acquisition.
