Carlos Valverde

Carlos Valverde has extensive experience in the real estate and architectural industries. Carlos began their career as an Architectural Designer at ARKISOURCE CORPORATION in 2004, followed by roles at Margulies Perruzzi Architects in 2005, and Ryall Porter Sheridan Architects in 2007. Carlos then transitioned to construction management, working as a Construction Project Manager at J. Calnan & Associates, Inc. in 2006. In 2013, they co-founded Stone Street Lofts before joining Silverstein Properties, Inc. in 2009. At Silverstein Properties, they served as Construction Manager and later as Vice President Real Estate. Carlos brings a wealth of experience in development, investment, and management to the firm.

Carlos Valverde completed their Bachelor of Architecture at Wentworth Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2007. Carlos then earned a Master of Architecture from the same institution in 2009-2010. Valverde also received professional certificates in Construction Project Management and Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University in 2009 and 2010, respectively. In 2006, they obtained an Architecture Study Abroad Certificate from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin. Additionally, Valverde holds certifications from Harvard Business School Online (2016) and as a LEED Accredited Professional from the U.S. Green Building Council (2009).
