Tim Minear

Tim Minear has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Tim currently serves as the Chief of Operations at Silveus Financial since June 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of VP of Sales and Marketing at Helvey and Associates from June 2018 to June 2020. Tim also worked as the President at Hall & Marose Silveus, LLC from May 2016 to June 2018.

Before their current roles, Tim worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Grace College & Seminary since 2014 and Indiana Wesleyan University from 2006 to May 2018. Tim has experience in the insurance industry, as they were the C.O.O. & Director of HR at Silveus Insurance Group, Inc. from August 2008 to June 2016.

Tim also has a background in labor relations, having served as the Director of Labor Relations at Verizon from 1997 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations at MCI Corporation from 1992 to 1997. Their earlier work experience includes serving in the US Army in an aviation role from 1986 to 1992.

Tim Minear, SHRM-CP, MSM, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Indiana Wesleyan University. Tim also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix. In addition, Tim holds certifications in Airframe & Powerplant License from the Federal Aviation Administration - FAA, HR Management from the Society of Human Resource Management, and Insurance Agent (Health, Property, Casualty) from the State of Indiana.
