Victor Ruiz has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2012, they interned at American Honda Motor Company, where they contributed to diversity initiatives and researched competitor diversity practices. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as an Account Manager at Staffmark, managing two accounts and promoting the branch through recruitment fairs. In 2016, they joined Elwood Staffing Services as a Staffing Manager and handled high-volume light industrial staffing, payroll processing, and staffing plans.
