Kim Parkes possesses extensive experience in human resources and people development, currently serving as the Group Culture and People Development Manager at Sime Darby Motor Group (NZ) Ltd since May 2011. Previously, Kim held several roles at Fisher & Paykel Appliances, culminating as General Manager of Human Resources after starting as HR Manager for the Laundry products Division.
