Shoo Hwee Bee

Shoo Hwee Bee has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Currently, they are working as the Head of HRIS at Sime Darby Plantation since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Manager of HRIS Workday Project & Operation Support at Averis Sdn Bhd from 2017 to 2022. They also served as a SAP Project Manager at PETRONAS ICT Sdn Bhd from 2014 to 2017. In addition, they worked as a Senior SAP HR Functional Consultant at Averis Sdn Bhd from 2011 to 2014 and as a Development Team Lead at Proton in 2011. Further, they had experience as a Senior SAP HR Consultant at NGA Human Resources, an Alight company, from 2008 to 2011, as well as a Senior SAP Consultant at Samsung SDS from 2007 to 2008, and as a SAP Consultant at Samsung Electronics from 2004 to 2006.

Shoo Hwee Bee obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Universiti Utara Malaysia, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. In addition, they obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in July 2013.
