About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Partner Enablement Manager to lead our Partner Enablement initiatives.
This role involves developing and executing strategies to support and enhance the capabilities of our external partners, ensuring they achieve the same level of execution and expertise as our organization.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing partner onboarding programs, providing training on best practices, and offering ongoing support to ensure partner success. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in partner management and enablement.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute partner enablement strategies.

  • Design and implement comprehensive partner onboarding programs.

  • Provide training on best practices and ongoing support to partners.

  • Foster strong relationships with external partners.

  • Ensure partners achieve high levels of execution and expertise.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partner strategies with company goals.

  • Monitor and report on partner performance and success metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management and enablement.

  • Strong strategic thinking and relationship-building skills.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing enablement programs.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
