Itay Ridel

Itay Ridel has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and research. Itay began their career at KAMADA in 2016 as a System Implementor. Itay then moved to Intel Corporation as a Business Analyst, where they worked from September 2016 to January 2018. In 2018, Itay joined IBM Research and Ben Gurion University as a Research Team Lead, a position they held until October 2020. From there, they worked at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev as a Researcher and Teaching Assistant from October 2020 to November 2021. In August 2020, Itay started working at Intel Corporation again, this time as a Product Analyst in the Innovation Team. Itay held this role until December 2021. Currently, Itay is working at Similarweb as a Senior Data Analyst, where they have been employed since January 2022. Itay was recently promoted to the position of Data Scientist in May 2023.

Itay Ridel began their education in 2014 at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. Itay completed their undergraduate studies in 2018. In 2018, they continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Data Science, which they completed in 2020. From 2020 to 2021, Itay Ridel enrolled as a doctoral candidate in Industrial Engineering at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, but discontinued their studies.
