Tal Shahaf

Tal Shahaf has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. They began their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Adecco, where they were responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process and building partnerships with hiring companies. They then joined Intel Corporation as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they had wide ownership of full life cycle recruiting and worked closely with business leadership to define hiring strategy and goals. Most recently, Tal has been working at Similarweb as an HR Business Partner, where they have been responsible for HR duties and ensuring the company attracts and hires the best talent.

Tal Shahaf completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2014 and 2017. Subsequently, from 2017 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Organizational Behavior Studies, also from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
