Tal Adar

Tal Adar has extensive work experience in the HR field, with a focus on director-level roles. Starting in 2011, they worked as a trader for an undisclosed hedge fund on a trading floor. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of HR Business Partner at Intel Corporation, where they provided personal consultation to department managers and led various HR processes. In 2015, Tal joined Amdocs as a Senior HR Business Partner, supporting around 600 employees in the Amdocs Open Network group. Tal provided expert consultation to business leaders and identified strategies to support organizational changes. In 2018, Tal became an HR Director at WalkMe™, where they held the position until 2021. Tal is currently working as an HR Director at SimilarWeb.

Tal Adar completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Education from Tel Aviv University from 2010 to 2012. Subsequently, from 2013 to 2015, Tal pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Management from the same university.
