Olga Kolupaeva

Olga Kolupaeva is a skilled Junior DevOps professional with experience at Simloud since October 2020 and previously at SoftServe from September 2017 to April 2020, where responsibilities included responding to monitoring incidents and service requests in a shift-based team setting. Prior roles include Junior QA at Gameloft, providing system reviews and test execution; Technical Support Agent at Plarium, assisting with customer inquiries and coordinating solutions; and positions in system analysis and call center operations.
