Chris Hockaday

Chris Hockaday has extensive experience in education and organizational development. Chris currently works as the Director of Learning at Simmons Bank, where they lead the design and execution of education and learning strategies to develop employees and drive business operations. In their previous role as Organizational Development Manager at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, they implemented a leadership development initiative and was involved in efficiency improvement projects. Chris also served as the Epic Technical Education Project Manager at Baptist Health, where they managed training and competency for the health system. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Education at Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. and as a Technical Project Leader/Training Coordinator at Baptist Health. Chris started their career at Acxiom Corporation as an Organizational Development Advocate/Associate Developer, where they focused on increasing management effectiveness and associate development.

Chris Hockaday has a Master of Science degree in Community Counseling and Student Personnel for Higher Education from the University of Central Arkansas. Chris also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing Communications from the same university.
